Our Sustainability Framework
The core business of Tjiwarl AC is protecting the Native Title rights and interests of members. However, Tjiwarl native title holders also have a vision of a better future for ourselves and our children. In 2017, following the Determination of Native Title by the Federal Court, we developed an approach to guide the work of Tjiwarl AC.
The Tjiwarl Sustainability Framework is our plan for our people. The Sustainability Framework is a comprehensive and holistic guide to deliver long-term benefits to Tjiwarl members. Actions delivered in pursuing one goal can often provide synergistic positive benefit to other goals. The focus areas of the Sustainability Framework support and maintain Native Title through connection to country, culture and customary law.
